訂房資訊

訂房步驟：請詳讀(1)跟(12)

1.請先加入會員.因此短租服務是針對特定對象所提供

2、以e-mail或電話詢問您需要的時間是否仍有空房！

     電話詢問時間-早上9點~晚上10點!若此時間外請以email聯繫!謝謝。

3、確認尚有空房後，請先確認您要承租日期，我們會為您保留1(24H)天。

4、確認後請在1(24H)天內完成匯款（總金額50％），我們會為您保留預訂的房間。

5、逾時未匯款仍欲訂房者請勿再匯款，請重回第一步驟作電話確認及訂房！

6、鳥巢客房設備一致化恕不提供挑房的服務!若挑房但本公司仍有視情況有更換預定客房的權利!

7、客房入住時間:下午3點~晚上9點,若離規定入住時間誤差值過大(1H以上)會酌收費用!

8、客房退房時間:中午12點,若離規定退房時間誤差值過大(1H以上)會酌收延遲費用!

9、本公司無寄放行李的服務。

10.臨時更改入住時間保留訂金3個月內使用完畢(改期僅限一次不含當天告知)!

      PS.當天告知改期之貴賓恕不退款!

11.因個人因素取消訂房請於7天前告知全額退回(扣除轉帳手續費用)

      6至3天前告知退回當次訂金70%,3天內告知退回當次訂金50%,當天告知恕無法退回!!!

      若因天災則不限天數全額退回!

PS.已入住之續住貴賓取消訂房當日告之除當天住宿費用外,並收取隔日住宿費用為誤房費,其餘全退!!!
